Policies

• Location: Home-based in Elstow, Bedford. Exact address will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. Please do not share it.
• Emergency/Out-of-Hours appointment: +£10 extra. Please contact via Instagram or email to make a request regarding this.
• Deposit:
  • £10 non-refundable deposit via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Appointment is only confirmed once deposit is received.
  • Deposit goes towards your total — remaining balance is paid in cash on the day.
• Payment:
  • Cash only (please bring the exact amount).
  • For alternative payment methods, message me before your appointment.
• Late Arrivals:
  • 10-minute grace period.
  • 10–15 mins late = £5 fee.
  • 15–20 mins late = £10 fee.
  • Over 20 mins = appointment cancelled.
  • Please inform me if you’re running late.
• Cancellations & Refunds:
  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • No nail refunds will be given under any circumstance once the service is complete.
  • If there are any issues I’m happy to make corrections needed, contact within 48 hours.
• Slots:
  • My slots are from 9–6pm, out of hours slots incur a charge of £5 or £10.
• Plus Ones:
  • No plus ones, unless they are also receiving a service.
